Welcome to LARC's New Managing Director, Krista Kline!
Krista's most recent work experience includes working in the Los Angeles Housing Department as a Senior Project Coordinator and in the Office of the Mayor as a Urban Planning & Design Coordinator.
Krista comes to us from the City of Los Angeles, where she spearheaded sustainability issues at the Housing Department, including the management of a $4.6 million grant from the Department of Energy to perform energy efficiency retrofits at multifamily affordable housing developments. Prior to that, she worked in the Office of the Mayor, handling urban planning and land use issues, in addition to being the staff lead on the implementation of the Los Angeles River Revitalization Master Plan. She also headed up the Mayor’s Green Building effort, coordinating staff in City Departments, Bureaus, and Agencies to develop a strategy to push sustainable design and construction into the mainstream. As Managing Director, Krista is sure to add to her list of accomplishments as she guides LARC to great places.
