About the Speaker

Charles Corbett, Ph.D., is professor of Operations Management and Environmental Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he received the Citibank Teaching Award in 2008, the Executive MBA Class of 2006 Outstanding Teaching Award and the 2002 Robbins Assistant Professor teaching award, in addition to the UCLA Staff Assembly’s 2007 Faculty/Staff Partnership Award. He was an AT&T Faculty Fellow in Industrial Ecology, and served as associate dean of the MBA program from 2003 to 2006. He has been the area chair of the Decisions, Operations and Technology Management area since July 2007 and was named Joseph Jacobs Term Chair in Entrepreneurial Studies for the period of July 2008 to 2011.
