Los Angeles is the largest city in the most populous state of the United States. This being said, Los Angeles is visited and watched by those around the world, giving it the opportunity to showcase its efforts at becoming a more environmental conscious city, hopefully setting precedents that can be followed around the world. Los Angeles, such as the world, is only at the beginning stages of working towards this goal, yet much has already been done and plans have already been made and are beginning to be followed.
