Earth Day Fair 2011
UCLA's annual Earth Day Fair was a great success with around 1,000 people in attendance!

UCLA held its annual Earth Day Fair on Bruin Walk with a number of organizations participating and handing out fun prizes and giveaways!

Over 30 student groups, departments, and outside organizations tabled at the event. As an example, the Weyburn Terrace Action Research Team held a tap water contest while Outdoor Adventures provided information on OA trips and the Outdoor Leadership Training program. Software Central held a game highlighting their service of recycling CDs and DVDs on campus while UCLA Housing Services & Office of Residential Life had participants play an Environmental Trivia / Jeopardy Game for prizes.

Participants who visited enough of the tables could enter a raffle to win prizes including a bicycle! Raffle winners will be announced soon!
