Environmental Science senior Shahir Masri wins trip to Australia in scholarship contest.

Environmental Science Major wins trip to Australia

Environmental Science senior Shahir Masri (Class of 2009) applied to the Down Under Answers Steve Irwin Scholarship Contest, and as a runner-up he won a roundtrip ticket to Australia and free admission to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo. He traveled to Australia with his brother and celebrated his birthday there this summer. Shahir is pursuing Environmental Health as his minor and is currently applying for graduate school in Environmental Health Sciences for Fall 2009. Congratulations Shahir!
