UCLA Dining Services is addressing sustainability at the dinner table with two programs aimed at reducing the environmental impact of dining.  Resource intensive red meat is taken off the menu on "Beefless Thursdays" and students from Waste Watchers keep an eye on how much food students are throwing away.
