The West Without Coal
Institute of the Environment Researcher Stephanie Pincetl is quoted in a Sierra Magazine article about attempts by the Pacific Coast states to break the addiction to coal.

"Getting off coal is going to be really hard. There's a whole set of political constraints," stated Pincetl.
