Tina Quinn co-founded and is a current board member of Sustainable Conservation, a non-profit organization that finds environmental solutions that are good for business. She served as the organization's Executive Director from 1990-1993. She has worked as a consultant for Douglas Emmett in their energy retrofit project and as Director of Acquisitions for Mountains Restoration Trust in Santa Monica, CA. Tina is an industrial property manager in Orange County, an independent real estate broker and current President of the Palos Verdes School District's Council of Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs).

Tina received a BA in international politics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her family has been involved in philanthropy at UCLA, most recently underwriting the IoE Oppenheim Lecture Program.
